The artist has created an conversational AI mimicking as if the AI is the personality of the station itself. When an audience talks to the station’s AI, the station always responds with some humor and most importantly: change the lighting of the main platform. For example, when you ask it about the cat who lived in the platform, the AI responds with the story of the cat and sheds the light with colors of the cat: Yellow and Dark brown. The artist hopes that this hybrid system of AI and physical body of the station will unite passersby of the line over the time.

駅と話をする体験そのものが作品です。作家は、那珂湊駅とひたちなかの街の今の事に詳しいAI（人工知能）を作りました。何を話しかけても、那珂湊駅のことと結びつけて、駅のホームの照明の色を変えながら、少しユーモアを交えて返事をしてくれます。例えば、駅にいる猫のことも、猫の毛並みの色にホームを染めながら話してくれます。答えのない質問にも、考えて答えてくれます。列車の中吊りポスターや、那珂湊駅にあるQRコードを使って、あなたの携帯電話から話しかけてみてください。今、やっとすべてのしくみが繋がり動き出したところです。この作品がこれから時間をかけて、街が未来に向かうための拠り所になっていくことを願っています。
